Txirimiri is the creation of Txema Larrañaga, a young Basque chef with numerous gastronomic successes (such as Juana La Loca or La Residencia del Viso).
Txirimiri has 4 locations in Madrid (Moncloa, Latina, Salamanca and Retiro). From goMadridPride we recommend the Moncloa-Rosales, on Ferraz Street near the Templo de Debod.
Here it combines the services of bar, tavern and restaurant. Kitchen open all day.
A place for pintxos and rations to eat both at the bar or on tables, all made with selected raw materials and specialties such as the “Unai” hamburger in tempura with boletus sauce or the beef sirloin with caramelized onions and Piquillo peppers.

One of the best restaurant of Arguelles area. Friendly & very professional staff in a trendy & casual atmosphere. Prices are middle – high but totally justified by the quality of the ingredients and the dishes. The place is small and well decorated, it counts also with a terrace in the summer. Mixed crowd mainly locals from the area.
