Princesa Plaza is situated in the west of Madrid, in the Argüelles District. On of the most Upscale district of Madrid.

Nice 4* option 5 min from chueca
A 4* hotel with the standard of Marriott Hotels. The building itself is quite ugly and would definitely need a facade renovation. Do not trust all the pictures they put on their website, like the swimming pool ones: it is untrue. The pool is from the Gym, and those pictures are dating back years ago. Very nice area packed with locals. Go to calle de Guzman el Bueno at night, a street full of small typical restaurants.
